Each 5min round begins with 10 burpees. Record reps for each round. If you finish PU within the 10min time frame start back with Burpees. Any extra Burpees you complete in any round count double! For example, if you finish all Burpees, WB, BS, KBS, PU, and 5 Burpees in round 1, you would record 105 reps for that round and could start your Round 2 burpee count on 6 (you would not have to start all the way back at 1.) Your Round 2 score would include the 5 burpees you completed in round 1.
