Target Practice

Chest pass, overhead throw, or shot put a Danskin ball though the center squat rack to the target drawn on the brick wall. 
10pts - bullseye
5pts - center ring
2pts - outside ring 
Each athlete will have up to 10 attempts to earn points. Each attempt includes 10 throws to the target with a danskin ball of your choice. You must use the same ball for all 10 throws, however, you may choose a different ball for your next attempt if you would like. Score for each attempt is weight of the ball times points earned. Record the score from your best attempt. (NOTE - athletes should be able to make 10 throws in a minute so this will go quickly)

Then

10 rounds (20 sec on, 40 sec off) Box Jumps for points. Score is height of the box times reps completed. You may change box height anytime.

Final score = (ball weight x points) + (reps x box height)
