Pay It Forward

4min ME Row for calories
1min Rest
Then immediately begin 4x10min AMRAP with no rest between amraps.
40 Burpees
40 wallball
40 ball slams
40 KBS 1.5/1pd
40 pull-ups or push-ups

Each 10min round begins with 40 burpees. Record reps for each round. If you finish PU within the 10min time frame start back with Burpees. Any extra Burpees you complete in any round count double! For example, if you finish all 40 Burpees, WB, BS, KBS, PU, and 15 Burpees in round 1, you would record 215 reps for that round and could start your Round 2 burpee count on 16 (you would not have to start all the way back at 1.) Your Round 2 score would include the 15 burpees you completed in round 1.
Final score = (calories)(total reps)

Pack, 52 calories x 90 = 4680. I managed 10 wallballs the first round, just burpees the rest. That was a hard, hard workout!
