15 minutes to establish Max Thruster x 5


5 min to complete 21-15-9 thrusters and pull-ups then as many clean and jerks as possible. You must complete all thrusters and pull-ups before doing  any clean and jerks. (Note: The purpose if this AMRAP is not to do an rx Fran, but to move quickly. Please follow the load recommendations below.) Score is total reps.

Max thruster of 185/125 or greater - use 95/65# on AMRAP
Max thruster of 135/85 or greater - use 75/55# on AMRAP
