Oh my aching squatters, and that's from Monday's wod. We didn't even make it yesterday because I couldn't get Sandy to carry me. At least today I can walk down steps without screaming (that sort of thing makes my coworkers a little uneasy). I think I'll be good to go tomorrow morning.

Skills/smiley face on the toes thru rings, I think I got some 'knees to hips height' is all. But rowing I had about 2:15 each set. I like rowing. ;-)
