5 minutes to complete as many reps as possible of:
20 Box Jumps 24/20
10 Hang Squat Cleans, 135/95
Rest 2 minutes
5 minutes to complete as many reps as possible of:
20 Kettlebell Swings
10 Burpees
Score is Front Squat load plus total reps. Post load, reps, and score to comments.

This was a gasser. Coach was correct on his BUY IN comments except that I grabbed a 15 lb bar and with that it was actually possible to work thru it nonstop. Otherwise forget it, that is too much work for an old, skinny bald man with a 45lb bar.
New FS PR.... #115!! I feel like I've got #125/#130 in there on a one rep, strong day :-) Hit a one rep BS PR Sat. working out with Carl...#150, which was HUGE for me. Really feeling good these days and excited about the awesome results and people. CLANG -N - BANG!!!!!!
I hit a FS PR here as well, 215# after hitting a BS PR of 275# Saturday with Oatie. w00t!
This was another soul sucker.. phew! My tricep muscles right above each elbow was wrecked.. wrecked I say.

I'm glad the PM classes ran this the correct way. You AM folks must have had a blast running all four stations in each 5 minute AMRAP.
