Pullups

Max effort Pullups 30 sec on, 30 sec off for 10 minutes.

then

Two 5-minute AMRAPs with 2 minutes rest between AMRAPs.
5 minutes to complete as many reps as possible of
20 situps
10 HSPU

Rest 2 minutes

5 minutes to complete as many reps as possible of:
20 KB sumo-deadlift high pull, 2/1.5pd
10 burpees

Post total pullups and total reps to comments.

It's official, I suffer from P.W.M.D.S. Post WOD Mathematical Deficiency Syndrome.

Coach will need to start asking me, 'Is that your final answer?'. I looked at my tally board today while updating my notebook (always take a photo) and when I redid the math I not only found a huge discrepancy but that I couldn't even reproduce the total I gave coach. *sighs*
