CarportCF Repeatability Test

3 rounds, at 100% effort:

Row 250m
20 ball slams 30/20
15 Kettlebell Swings 32/24kg
10 Burpees
5 Toes to bar

 Rounds will begin at 0:00, 10:00, 20:00.

Write up the time for each effort. Compare to 10/28/14.

Rx lite (Rx except used a 1 pood KB-35lb)
3:45, 3:25, 3:19 Reverse splits....what does that tell you? (Probably sandbagging on the front end). Toughest part for me was the ball slams. You know it is a gut buster WOD when burpees are a good place to catch your breath. Cash out - 3x10 back extensions on GHD.

Shaved 20 secs off of last time's total.

Another soul crushing WOD but with that being said, here is why I choose to always record my scores (the good, the bad, and the ugly):

10/27/2015 Score: 3:53 / 4:32 / 4:50 = 13:15 30lb Ball Slams / 1.5 pood

07/27/2015 Score: 3:53 / 5:01 / 6:20 = 15:14 20lb Ball Slams / 1.25 pood

That's 1:59 shaved off my time even while increasing Ball Slams by ten pounds and Kettlebell Swings by 1/4 pood.

Not too shabby for a 3 month n00b.
