Well that was a gut buster. 26lb KB, 20lb slam ball - 25.50.

I didn't finish, but got through 6 regular pull-ups. Used 25# dumbbell, 20# slam ball, and 10# wall ball. There was a coolness in the air this morning for the run - you evening folks should consider joining us in the A.M. :-)
