Box Jump, Snatch, Hop

EMOM for 10 min perform a 3-position Snatch with 60% of your 1-rep max

Then

5 x 2 min AMRAPs with 1 min rest between AMRAPs
20 Box Jumps
20 Hang Snatch, 95/65
ME Lateral Hops over barbell

skills/stretching. Then 28-30-34-36-39 = 167 for score on the WOD @35lbs, step ups to 20".

Bench Press and Pull-ups

5 x Every 7 minutes for perform
ME Body weight bench press immediately followed by ME Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.
