15 minutes to establish 3-rep max Front squat with 3 sec pause at the bottom of each rep.

Then

For time:
800M Run
50 Box Jumps, 24/20
800M Run

Ditto what Sandy says. If we were trying to do this on our own we would be not just old but old, tired and weak.

5 rounds
Max reps bench press, load of your choice, immediately followed by
Max reps chest to bar pull-ups

Score is total bench press and pull-up reps x load. Change weights as needed.
