G46 - BACK SQUAT X 3


"Bring Sally Up" Paused Squat Challenge
Last fall Rich Froning tweeted the following:
"CHALLENGE: to the song “Bring Sally Up” by Moby w/ a 135# barbell on back. Squat on “Bring Sally Down” Stand on “Bring Sally Up”
The song is Flower by Moby. All this amounts to 30 reps in 3:30 without rest at the top. Here is 2008 CF Games winner Jason Khalipa and his gym giving it a go.

Back Squat for heaviest load 3-3-3-3-3 reps.

AW MAN!! I was hoping to be back in town tonight in time to WOD, however plans had to change. Looking forward to hopefully seeing everyone tomorrow.
