5 rounds for reps
40 sec HSPU
20 sec Rest
40 sec Row for calories
20 sec Rest
40 sec TTB
20 sec Rest

Then

15 min to establish 1-rep max for each movement:
1 Behind the Neck Push Press (jerk okay)
1 Overhead Squat

Score is (reps) + (#Press) + (#OHS). Post score to comments.

155 reps on the WOD + 95 on back press and 95 on ohs = 345

Coach was in such a nurturing mode this morning that he had us all crying. Good to have you at the a.m. for a few days Coach.....when will Brian be back?

Actually as I have said before, Sandy and I have had such great success with crossfit because of our exposure to 4 different coaches all with different coaching styles and skills. Thanks coaches!

BTW it's a good thing we were there today otherwise Emery would have drunk the kool-aid.
