P- best I could tell from the board this morning you had a 3 minute drop on your 14.5 yesterday. First class job my friend! I'm guessing you just didn't stop for a snack the 2nd go around?

And EA...we weren't sure what the ;o( meant by your name on the board. I'm hoping it did not mean Mrs Pukie returned for a follow up visit.

105 lbs jerk, 74/36/64 reps = 174.

Got a pr clean of 110 lbs

Mr. Bill-- the sad face was because I was about a minute and a half slower on Monday night than I did on Friday. Guess I didn't have those 5am juices flowing...
