Clean, Jerk, FS

EMOM for 10 min perform one continuous set of the following moments. Use no more than 75% of your max clean and jerk.
1 Clean
2 Jerks
3 Front Squats

- Then -

1 min Row for calories, 30 sec rest
1 min Handstand Pushup, 30 sec rest
1 min Toes to Bar, 30 sec rest
1 min Burpees, 30 sec rest
1 min Pull-ups, 30 sec rest

OPEN COMPETITORS - If you would like to re-run 14.1, you may do so during the first part of today's workout at the 5:30am or 5:30pm classes. Please arrange for someone to judge your performance. Coaches will be leading the 10min EMOM skill work and will not be available to judge. All scores for 14.1 must be submitted by 7pm tonight. Here is a little video to inspire you!

Tomorrow's WOD is

EMOM for 10 min using 65-75% max snatch, perform:
1 Hang Snatch (can start anywhere above the knee)
2 Snatch-grip Push Press
3 Overhead Squats

-then-

For max reps:
1 min bar-over Burpees, 30 sec rest
1 min SDHP, 30 sec rest
1 min Push Press, 30 sec Rest
1 min Lateral Hops over bar, 30 sec rest
1 min Lateral Hops over bar, 30 sec rest
1 min Push Press, 30 sec Rest
1 min SDHP, 30 sec rest
1 min bar-over Burpees

Use the same barbell for both parts if the workout. Compare to 11/4/13

Reran 14.1 at 5:30.

Ran the WOD at 6:30.

Woke up four pounds lighter than usual. Maybe two WOD's per day is the way to go??!!
