Snatch, OHS, Hop

MORNING CLASSES for TUESDAY are tentatively open. We will be watching the weather tonight. Drew will make the final open/closed decision on his lunch break at 4am. If there is snow on the ground the gym will be closed for sure. Please check the blog in the morning before coming to class.

EMOM for 10min in one continuous set complete for perfect form,
1 Hang Power Snatch
1 Hang Squat Snatch
1 Squat Snatch
2 Overhead Squats

-then-

3 x 2min AMRAPs for max reps Lateral Hops. Rest 1min between AMRAPs.
10 Hang Power Snatch (95/65)
5 Overhead Squats
ME lateral hops over bar

Good WOD this morning and good training work.

2 miles pre WOD then 282 hops.

I definitely appreciated the skills work on the snatch this morning; not my best lift! Did 136 lat. hops.

No miles pre WOD unlike my buddy Shane. 65lbs modified squat with situps in lieu of jumps.

ME consecutive Chest to Bar Pull-ups (How many C2B pull-ups can you do without coming off the bar?)

2 x 5min rounds for max reps Burpees. Rest 2 minutes between AMRAPs.
50 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1pd
50 Wallball shots, 20/14 (-or- 25 WB 2-for-1's)
ME Burpees
