don't know if anyone made it this morning but I let it be. Slept in and went for uninterrupted sleep to be healthier! :)
Alex, Bill and I were there, along with Brian, of course! It was a hard workout - the three of us attained 0 burpees. We needed you there, Shane, as the pacesetter!
THAT!....was a hum dinger. I did rx which is easy to say as I barely got thru kbs and into wallballs. I think I had a total of 28 wbs. Any chance of getting into burpees was a total pipe dream. Whoo
