-Tabata DU's = 23 (new PR!!)
-Snatch grip segmented Deadlifts @ #105, EMOM for 10 min.
-Cleans (1 from ground, 1 from just below knees, 1 from just above knees) @ #65, EMOM for 5 min.
-Thrusters - max effort in 10 min. = #55, #65, #75, #80, max @ #85
-Finished with a 5 min. row then a 1 mile run and stretching.
