Run, Push-up, Squat

Time to burn off all that pecan pie! Maybe we will call this "The Purge". Ha!
For time:
800m run
50 push-ups

Well this morning WOD was good and much needed.

1 mile pre run

21:48 time on the WOD then 4 minute break and a full effort 2 mile run for 15:21.

33:39 and i did 25 instead of 20 bc i couldnt remember which it was lol
