Set up before a clock, and every minute on the minute perform 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 squats. Can you continue for thirty minutes? Twenty minutes? How about 10? Post results to comments. If you fall behind the clock keep going for thirty minutes and see how many rounds you can complete.

If you've finished the workout before this time add +1 to each exercise, i.e., 6 pull-ups, 11 push-ups, and 16 squats each minute, and see if you can go the full thirty minutes. We've seen +3. Any +4's?

EMOM made it through 25 rds then lost the grip with a rip. Then completed 3 more rds plus 17 for a total of 28+17

Did every other minute on the minute doing regular pull-ups for 6 rounds; then switched to jumping pull-ups (still doing every other minute on the minute) and did 9 rounds. Then completed 15 reps in the last minute. That is what you call way modified!

rx 20 emom
ripped my left hand in round 10 and then ripped my right in round 18, so i decided to save my hands and cut myself off at 20 min.

each round was 35-40 sec, and i was pleased with that considering my bubble butt and thunder thighs are weighing me down. :)

Haha! Good job this morning!!! :)

I had to "way modify" my training plan today too. I planned to do max snatch and practice some version of pistol squats, hspu, and pull-ups. My hips are SO sore from squatting Tuesday that I wasn't comfortable squatting again today. So instead of max snatch, I did skill work with 55#. My shoulder felt tweeky doing handstands and pull-ups so I opted for stink bugs and ring rows. Sheesh! Looking like a loooong climb back to the top of the RX ladder but glad I'm headed that way. :)
For conditioning I did a 10min AMRAP of
5 strict push-ups
10 ring rows
10 sit-ups

4 rounds were on-the-minute, then 4 more.

NICE job Cori! I would just HOPE to make it that far! And, pu-leeeeeeze- I would love to have a "bubble butt and thunder thighs" if I could look like you! :)

Kudos on the teriffic emom numbers put up thos morning Cori and Shane!

BTW it is about as likely that any Carporteur has a bubble b or thunder thighs as the possibility of someone making a 57 yd field goal in the last second of a game.
