wow, that was roooougghhhhhh after all of the halloween candy i consumed last night!

shane got me by 2 reps. dang! i knew he broke 15 rds, but i didn't know by how much in my crossfit brain fog.

yes I agree that was rough and needed after the puppy chow, brownies and all the other goodies!

11 rounds + 20 reps...or you could put it this way which doesn't sound so bad - 1 rep every 3.43 seconds. How's that for mathleticism?
