Used 85#....progress!Then got 8 rds plus 3reps rx for the amrap
135# then 7+15 rds-breathing was tough for me but I did do ALL unbroken TTBs!!! WOOOHOOO!
I can't wait to get back on Monday & see everyone!!!!

If one were to assume that "the bottom" at which one is to pause for 3 seconds, is at the bottom of the squat of a full squat clean, would one be correct? One wants to know.
That's the way this one interpreted it.
So i think yes, one would be correct in making that assumption.
