Then got 8 rds plus 3reps rx for the amrap

135# then 7+15 rds-breathing was tough for me but I did do ALL unbroken TTBs!!! WOOOHOOO!

If one were to assume that "the bottom" at which one is to pause for 3 seconds, is at the bottom of the squat of a full squat clean, would one be correct? One wants to know.
