HSPU, OH Lunge

10 rounds for max reps Handstand Pushups
30 sec HSPU
30 sec Rest
 
-then-
 
15 minute AMRAP.
Run 800M carrying two 25#/15# plates with a pinch grip. With time remaining, complete as many Overhead Lunges as possible. Use only one 25#/15# plate for OH lunges.

My first almost rx wod sincethe end of July!
101 hspu to one abmat
then that horrid 800m run with plates. What the heck is that all about? Old tonya "eagle talons" drinkard left us in her wake. My"run" was anything but a run taking an embarrassingly long time. I was last in the gym. But i almost caught up to ol' eagle talons...and i ended with 101 ohwl.

GREAT JOB LADIES!!! Cori, so happy you're able to work out again :-) With my race being a week & a half away you guys won't see me in the gym until after I run (Unless I come check in on Saturday :-) ) Keep up the awesome work y'all!! I am very ready to get back to a normal WOD routine, that's for sure...you don't realize how much you love it until you're not around it.

I am sad to say, I will not be enduring this wod with yall tonight. Instead, I will be cheering on my son and his undefeated baseball team at their championship game tonight! Go Huskies!! :)
