What? We missed a chance to sing happy birthday to EA this a.m.? Probably just as well after hearing Drew's imitation of the clock timer today+my singing would have really woke (waken?) up the neighborhood dogs
Anyway.....HAPPY BIRTHDAY EA!

115 max/65 wod/21 WBs - Also I concur with Cori's WOD formula from earlier this week but with an additional factor - but I can't post it until I finish my calculations.

Almost forgot...this WOD is correctly named - it is a bear and it is complex.

Praise to God for healing in His time! I can do a burpee with no pain! No wodding for me just yet except for swimming and some pullups/pushups, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!

Glad you are feeling better Cori!!!

Hello all - me, Jonathan, Stacey Gordon and Tonya Drinkard are putting together a boat for this event. It should be lots of fun. If we get 20 people, it will be $30 per person. Who's interested? It will put to use any and all rowing you have ever done and lots of team work!:)

Cynthia, u had me at rowing and it is on real water . I am guessing it is a big row boat with a drummer and pilot like some Romen or Viking boat. Which I no nothing about .
I am more of the alone on land looking at a PM monitor:)

You are correct Drew- it is a very long boat with a dragon head at the end! You will be a great asset whether land or water:)
