I don't know how many times I jerked, but based on the number of times Drew told me not to I guess it was a good many. That was an awesome, albeit hard, workout. I thought I might need Mr. Pukie after that row. Thanks for letting me crash the morning crew!

hate I missed this morning. Had to leave the house at 6 am. Will be out tomorrow as well working in God's country, AUburn!

110-33-112 193 average watts. The cashout was the toughest part. Who would have thought two minutes could be so challenging.

I'll take a wild guess Sheena....a Sheenoozer?

Rx 75-35-80 ending with a leisurely row across the duck pond with a smooth 186. Didn't produce much electricity with that one.

Tonya! You have gone all beastie girl with the situps! Good job!

Uh, I must bring some attention to something that is holy shimoly AMAZING. 117 push presses, Cori?! We are reminded yet again why you are a regional athlete. That is just sick. :)

Talk about strong, Cori that's awesome!!!! Alex beat out her mom on sit-ups and push press, but I was w/in 10 reps on each. Not too bad for a "master". However she killed me on the rowing watts, a PR for Drew using the Cword 3xs!

Dang Cori!!! That is crazy. Seriously crazy. Those shoulders of yours are beast!!!

Awesome Libby!
Dang y'all, thanks! I actually had to text brooke to make sure i did the right weight...i thought i might not have done enough. i keep reviewing it in my head to make sure it was right...and I'm pretty sure it is! I know i for sure was over 80 at round 6. I didn't stop on the last two rounds. And i never put the bar down all rounds. Plus i knew i had to move b/c of Brookes super sonic situp ability if i stood any kind of chance of redemption. :)
See y'all tomorrow...
