How does this work exactly? How long is the Tabata workout portion? I know it's 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest, but for how long?

tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds on/10 seconds off, so 4 minutes total for the tabata portion. we will start two people on the tabata pushpresses. they will do their 8 rounds of work (or 4 minutes of work), and immediately following, they will get on the rower. at that time, the next two people will start their tabata pushpresses while the first two are completing their row. does that make sense?
