Choose the heaviest weight possible on Hang Power Cleans. Challenge yourself! Even if it means that you only get a few reps in the 2min time frame. You can breathe hard on the DU's. Use the HPC as a time for heavy lifting.

FYI - the Games TV schedule is a little "off". We turned on the tv at 12:30 to watch the last part of the Team BURDEN CARRY and the Women were already going! Men's BURDEN CARRY is next.

That's somewhere between porch and pack. I was going to do DB HPC but the DB were too hard to hard onto. I decided to just use a light bar and go around my belly. ;)
