10 min to establish 1 RM Squat Snatch
Then
5 rounds for time of
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang cleans
6 Jerks
Men will use a 95lb barbell. Women will use 65lbs. Each athlete must do five burpees at the beginning of every minute before moving on to the barbell work.
Post max snatch and time to comments.

shane was the lone 5:15 a.m.'er, so i was able to wod with him today... what a treat! :)
115# on the snatch...10 min is not a lot of time, especially moving like a snail in the early a.m.

Thankful for Cori this AM! I was feeling good about my pace to about the end of round 3 and then Cori was able to keep the pace and I was left doing an extra set of burpees!
got up to 165# this morning-still have an opportunity to improve on my technic.

I actually may come to open gym tomorrow because I ran out of time for the snatches also. I finally was able to smoothly do a 45# squat snatch but I need more practice.
If i could "like" that comment, Tonya, i definitely would....extra technique work is always good!
Who's doing open tomorrow? Maybe HSPU too. I never work on those, my house has no space big enough!
