I was not overly excited about more dead lifts but it worked out pretty well

285-295-315-335-355 the 355# is 92% of my 1 rep max! Thanks for the encouragement to push more out Cori and preciate Josh being there to walk to laddre with me

afterwards did 5s on OHS

Miss everyone. Visited a gym in O'Fallon, IL yesterday and did "Air Force". 75#'s, 15 reps of each and 2 burpees at the top of each minute. 9:35 which I was pleased with considering all the beer coming out of my pores! Real nice folks but all gyms are definitely not the same. Hope to see everyone Friday.

Great encouragement from Shane and Cori to push for max. Don't remember my reps. Need a fitness journal and learn how to blog. Crossfit has introduced a lot of "firsts" for me:)
