CrossFit BINGO

Each year, we roll into summer with a month-long Bingo game. Here's how it works :)

  • THE HOPPER: Each ball in the hopper corresponds to a workout.  When a ball is rolled out, it tells us the workout for the next day.
  • ROLLING: Whoever wins the workout gets the honor of rolling the Bingowheel to choose the next day's WOD.
  • RE-ROLLING: Winner has the option of re-rolling. If they do not like the 1st workout that comes out of the hopper, they can roll again. Whatever is rolled that time is the WOD. No take backs. (So here is an example.... Puma wins the WOD. He rolls I21-Murph, doesn't want that b/c we just did it, re-rolls and gets B7-Fran. The next day's WOD is Fran.)
  • HOW TO WIN: Earn letters by doing the workouts. Do the daily WOD to earn the letter that corresponds to it. When you have all the letters, B-I-N-G-O, you win a Carport CrossFit t-shirt!!

Good Job Riley! I heard everyone cheering as I was getting in the car. My time was 13:17. Coach was definitely stealing time at the end!

did WODs with both groups-nice to meet Ms. Libby and Ball!

1st-12:11 total time
2nd-13:05 total time with 12# vest

did a 200 meter run after both to get 4 miles total

Great job Riley! Awesome video too!

More importantly than the WOD is I can say BINGO!!!

Tonya stealing is way to harsh a word , I like helping u stay loose :)

As for SANDY I had the rower set up but I know it is hard being sore and tendon pain up and down :/
But that is not the same for BILL:0

Actually, I had planned to go row. We even woke up. But Bill is nursing a sore knee and we have a long car ride today and tomorrow, so we talked ourselves out of it. Which is really too bad, cause we could have used that "N"! Bet Monday's roll will bring an "O".
