sorry i skipped out this morning! since we did some running and leg work yesterday, i decided to give my legs a break today since i'm running the half on sunday. i'll probably jog 3 miles sometime between now and then, but for the most part, i'm going to lay low and rest up!

i hope someone showed up this morning! i'll be back in the box next wednesday!
