20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats


Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    Feel like I was going to explode
    PTL:) for the 3 min rest I could hear myself thinking " I got 3 min to rest go hard" or it could have been Shane saying it. Ether way i worked hard.Coach said I moved good just to slow on sit ups and push ups 29:19

    Food is, water ,coffee, and 3 blocks with supplement

  5. B I19 N G O!! I19 for tomorrow is JT. 21-15-9 HSPU's, Ring Dips and PU's.

    I dated a girl named Barbara once...once! Pack for first three rounds until I blew my hand and had to finish the last two with ring rows. 30:12. The girls were smokin' this morning!! Great job by all and I love the pick Josh...Go Hilltoppers!

  7. I did "Barbara lite" today. It was still tough. My pullups go away quickly. Sorry I had to jet out so fast but I had to be at work by 7! Thanks for letting me work out early with you guys.
