That was hard! I only modified the muscle ups for c2b and purple band ring dips. Yowzers at the thrusters! Way to go Lauren for sticking it out and doing the HSPUs Rx! 47 toes to bar tabata as cash out.

Great workout today and great week! RX 10:28 this morning. Those dang DB thrusters!!!
No morning run just mobility and hope my running friend enjoyed her early out breakfast!
