Great workout today and great week! RX 10:28 this morning. Those dang DB thrusters!!!

No morning run just mobility and hope my running friend enjoyed her early out breakfast!

That was hard! I only modified the muscle ups for c2b and purple band ring dips. Yowzers at the thrusters!
