btw...yesterday's 'prediction' was not not my prediction, it was one I saw at another box's site last week as a prediction of 13.2....sorry about that peeps. If I see any more predictions I'll keep them to myself ;0)
Today was probably the combination of my weakest skills... snatch/overhead squatting and DU's. I enjoyed the challenge.

I didn't even try to up the weight after heeding Sandy's advice...
Total reps: 451
Guess I was "on fire" (As in Fahrenheit 451)
Had a few 10+ reps of Du's that really helped the score. Max Du's for one of the rounds was 25 total.

Hi Carporters! As many of you know, I have multiple sclerosis. I am currently in remission and attribute that largely to CrossFit and my diet. However, many are not so fortunate and have serious disability from this chronic and incurable disease. I have a team for Walk MS and would love for anyone who is interested to join us on Team CPR. The Walk is 4-13-13 at 9 am at Homewood Central Park. We will be cooking out at the house afterward and would love for everyone to join us for that. This is a kid and pet friendly event as well so bring your fam!
