Open Gym @ 10am

8:00am - CrossFit 101 Session#2
10:00am - Open Gym
11:30am - ChristFit Small Group

2:00pm - Open WOD 13.1
Registered Open competitors who would like to re-run the WOD or run it for the first time, are invited to the gym at 2:00 this afternoon. The 2:00 hour will be dedicated to Open WOD 13.1.

Okay, ran 13.1 again and go too more reps, for 111. A lot of work/ misery for two reps, but two more is still better than two less. Still missed the first 3-4 at 135lbs, but Amber talked me Dow an gave me some good advice. Thanks!

Jonathan, you did great! 2 more reps AND you beat your tiebreaker time by 14 seconds!! That will move you up the leaderboard!
