Holy shemolians Cori..what a great 13.1! That has you in the top 100 worldwide right now and top 10 Southeast!
Amber's score has her in top 25 in Southeast as well!
And well done to Cynthia and Brooke (TBs) for great scores last night. You ladies are steam rollin!

We did realize this morning though that being married to Cori 'The Beast Foucher' turns her husband into an over achiever...Dave can no longer do single unders;0)

I did complete 5 rounds this morning but my DUs were so heavily modified it was pitiful. I finished at some point way past the cut-off time whatever that was.

BTW....I will not be redoing my 13.1 on Saturday. I am a happy camper ;0) :o/ ;o>

19:50. Just barely made the cut off today. Apparently I missed the translation. DUs means Please bring your inhaler. I'll remember next time.

It was great to be back today and my results definitely show my lack of "Whole Life Fitness". Heck I have gained 2 pounds. Cutoff plus three minutes with band assist and singles. Shane and Dave were rocking. Everyone have a great weekend.

Double-unders killed me again this morning. Had a 14:04, slog fest with the jump rope. Shane blistered this one today, great job brother! And congrats to everyone on the OPEN yesterday...really enjoyed competing with you.

You are welcome to run it during Open Gym if you choose to. However, the 2:00 hour will be dedicated to Open WOD.

Holy sweaty. 18:32. Purple/ black band assist pull-ups.
Rounds 2,4 and 5 I hit 30 DUs. Other 2 rounds I worked on DUs for 90 seconds each.
TGIF!

Way to go Cynthia on multiple snatches at 100# and Brooke at 95#! Y'all are amazing!

Skill work on snatches to see if I should even bother re-running 13.1. Got 4 or 5 at 100 lbs. I still don't know if I will rerun, but excited to have reached the triple digits!
Way to go Jen on your DUs- looking good!
