Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible

147 reps..75 lb snatches completed at 14.41. Missed my goal of 151 by 3 burps and 1 - 100 lb snatch. Thanks Shane for the encouragement and the count! I wouldn't have gone for 5 each on that second round if you hadn't been in my face about it...thanks, I needed that.
Bill - great job and sorry you didn't make it. 151 is my goal too which is pretty lofty considering my max snatch is 95#. It is going to be a long day...

Great job Mr. Bill! I blew up on 135# snatches. missed 3 and had to go from the hang-slowed me down
only 26 snatches and 126 total
Great work Shane! That's nothing to turn your nose up at. That puts you at 150 out of 341 currently reported..that's better than half reporting worldwide!!!

Phew that was tough even with lighter weight. 150 rounds. Thanks Drew for the "stop pacing" comments. That's all we runners do!
In getting tired just looking at those numbers. Good job everyone! I'll see you all as soon as this pesky cold is gone, or I can at least see out of both eyes. Hopefully tomorrow.
Excellent job Tonya! I'm with you on the pacing...it slows me down but it's somehow mentally satisfying, but I'm not a runner...just a pacer. That's when it's real handy to have Drew give me a little push back to bar.
Great job, Tonya!! I did 100 reps only. Worked 6 minutes trying to get 55# over my head; ugh!! But I will get it one day!

I had to take longer breaks to control my breathing. I'm looking forward to seeing the evening scores! I think coach Cori is going to be the Carport leader.
i only got to 100 reps. my tie breaker was 6:17.
like sandy, i just couldn't get the heavier snatch! my max snatch is 60#, so 75# was a stretch, but i tried!
Good job, Sheena!! I was glad you were in my corner this morning, encouraging me to keep a steady pace. I hated leaving before you were done; but had to get to work.

That was fun and horrible all at the same time!
Way to go everybody!!! So proud of the Carport tonight. Everyone put for so much effort, but I want to give a shout out to Jonathan. He missed 5 times at 135#, but went on to complete 9 lifts at that weight. Impressive to see him dig deep - great job!
