BARNYARD THROWDOWN TODAY!!
We are proud to announce that Carport Junkies and Barnyard Brawlers are heading to Ohatchee today to compete in the Barnyard Throwdown hosted by Brute Fitness. Their first of 4 WODs begins at 9am. They would love to have you there cheering them on! It's an all day event (9am-7pm) so there will be plenty of competion to watch no matter what time you go. The competition is being held at 1100 Greensport Road, Ohatchee, Alabama.

Today was such a great day! The day was so great because everyone worked as hard as they could and no one really fell down on anything. Each of us had something we excelled at and it was awesome. Again, I heart CrossFit!
Huge thanks to Jennifer, Oatie, Bill and Sandy and Lindsey (Brian's wife) for coming out to cheer us on. It made a big difference and gave us that extra push when we needed it. Thanks everyone and we loved competing with everyone!
Barnyard Brawlers finished 5th before the tug of war an Carport Junkies finished 18th (with two GIRLS!):)
