I am so frustrated ya'll are getting to have all the fun!! I am sooo ready to be back in the gym!! This bought of walking pnuemonia is kicking my rear though, so not sure when I will be back. I am shooting for Monday. Until then, I am living vicariously through all of you :-)
5:39 PR! I felt really comfortable on the DU and was UB on the sit-ups for the first time ever. Thank Cori, for coaching me on how to start DU! That saved a ton of time!
I got consecutive DUs more than one time! Yay! I think something is "starting" to click. Hopefully the clicking will continue (and won't just be the rope slapping my back side!)
First time running Annie and am very happy with my RX time!
5:47 rx PR...not too shabby with headcold, no sleep and 530 a.m. :) now if i could do situps like BTB....wow

ReplyDeleteSo sorry you are feeling bad Oatie!!! That is terrible:(
ReplyDeleteI hate I am missing Annie, but Wm is four today and there is celebrating to be done!
Happy birthday William!
ReplyDeleteOatie, hope you start kicking the pneumonia's booty! And soo.
I am so excited the WOD today doesn't involve a bar since I ripped pretty bad on pull-up number 98 or 99 last night.
Granted, I am certain I will regret being excited about DUs. UGH.
Thanks everybody! HAPPY BIRTHDAY YOUNG WILLIAM!!!! Get that boy a cake! :-)
ReplyDeleteGet well soon Oatie!!
