Anna was rocking and rolling this morning and it was great to have Kista there. Drew and Shane were hammering as well. 11:53 with something resembling knees to elbows (I think my feet came off the floor). Coach sure was right about getting your heart rate up before the bell rings!! DU's were not mine today but will be SOON!
8:10 rx Ttb went away after round 1. Anna set the bar high this morning by jumping to the tall bar for her burpees...so that's where i jumped too. So proud of you anna! I feel like that mobility is really helping you in many ways! Great job!
Cori - I absolutely agree mobility has really been a key to making some progress across the board. It is amazing what regular stretching can do. :) And, thanks for the coaching on how to get those final couple of inches by looking up to the bar.
Well - I haven't been that woozy in a while. Yikes! 10:17 and I did my first 7 TTB unbroken/straight up and down - yay! After that I hung on to the bar through all but the last 3 TTB. Oh, well. That high bar is HIGH:)

I got my very first TTB today!!!! And did a handful throughout the WOD but they went away quickly.
I also got several DU in the cash out today!
