me too stacey! i woke up this morning with a terrible headache! i attempted the wod anyway (begrudgingly), and it wasn't a fantastic showing, that's for sure.
i think i did 233 du. (110, 60, 63) definitely not my best. and my time was 10:22, i think? it's not like me to not know my score/time ha! but like i said, i wasn't thrilled with the performance.
622 sec - 233 du = 389 was my score....or roundabout due to foggy memory.

hmmm....Sandy woke up with a bad headache yesterday, I got one starting about noon yesterday and neither of us even touched the pink callus shaver.

i got 136 total DU's and set a PR of 26 in a row!! the pull ups took me FOREVER. i did no more than 3 in a row and half of them were one at a time. i still got them all done though!
i also ripped my palm for the first time. OUCH!! FYI, if you ever want to test your pain tolerance, pour hydrogen peroxide on a fresh palm rip.

Crossfitters rub salt in those rips. It toughens it up so it doesn't happen again. At least that's what Cori taught me.
Good one David! Although I most say that Cori is pretty freaking tough- she just cuts it off and doesn't treat at all. Just carry on...I am all about some Neosporin!
