Merry Christmas from Lehman
Merry Christmas, All.
It’s Christmas Eve here in “Allah’s Litter Box.” Just want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!
Business as usual here. Frosty The Snowman isn’t allowed at Camp Leatherneck because he is a “fat body” (plus, the Marines would quickly dismantle him in order to ice their drinks). Rudolph poses a security risk given his failure to maintain “light discipline” with that red nose and therefore isn’t allowed within a 10-km radius of the airfield. And while Santa Claus probably will not visit us tonight due to an unspecified RPG threat to Friendly aircraft, I’ve a “Charlie Brown Christmas Tree” in my quarters, just in case. If Santa comes, I am hoping he’ll leave a few M67 fragmentaries under the tree for me.
See you all in about four months! Season’s Best,
John
