for 5 rep max, I suppose 90 is a PR, since I have only done a 1 rep max at this weight. Is that how it works?

And now the squeaky math wheels spin... "If I can do 90 x5... what will the 1 rep max be???

Ahhhh... Cori, true, but then it wouldn't be a mystery and I would be limited by preconceived expectations.
I have my own personal formula for theoretical mathematical calculations...

Puma...Sounds reasonable to me,
Here's the formula: 90lbs x(my age)/weight -32 x 5/9= 1 rep max.

Cyn - 105-115-120-125-135(m)/130(m)-125 to end on a high note. I has been 2 months since I cleaned because of my arm. Arm feeling okay so far, fingers crossed. It was great to see Will Pugh tonight! Stronger than ever - ah, to be 21 again:)

Drew - you are correct about Jonathan smoking me on burpees. He says he got 4 8's and 4 7's on his tabata burpees. Dang!
