yikes, my grip...first time i have ever almost fallen from the top was on my next to last climb. That'll get your heartrate going!

This WOD looks really hard. I didn't even look at it before I decided not to come this morning. This week has left me all stove up in the best of ways. See you all on the rower!
This WOD was really hard. If it weren't for my awesome partner, Kista, it would have been much tougher. First Team WOD today, but it was a good one.

Holy forearms batman, that was a lot of rope climbs! Last WOD in the old gym-- went out with a bang! Thank goodness it was a team WOD and thanks to Libby for being my partner!
Goodbye old Carport!
Today is my 1 yr anniversary from my baseline...and I almost passed out after I finished it. Then after one of the 101 sessions Drew asked if I "loved it" and I kind of thought he had lost it! But after I a year I can officially say that I love it! Hate we've missed the last few days in the old Carport but looking forward to helping break in the new place on NYE!
I am the thankful one jennifer! Your making that extra rope climb saved the day! I'm wiped out and its a bittersweet moment. Many great memories in The Carport!!!!
