This was my first wod back from turkey day, and im pretty sure i am sweating turkey, dressing, gravy, and pecan pie. the worst part was my lungs burning...but that could be from my lovely chest cold. (cold #3 for the year...think I'm going for a pr)

40lb DB 4754 = 101 reps That was a gut sucker (don't try this at home) not to mention the mankillers buy in and wall ball cash out - which Sandy schooled me on. I coulda sworn 8 minutes would have been 4 rounds.
In that strange, self abusive sense that we have, I actually enjoyed the Mankillers. I enjoyed the slow, smoldering burn it created in the shoulders. Today was definitely an example of how our "warm ups" are other people's work outs. Now... ask me about the wall balls...you may get a different answer.

I had to do this one at home, but I got 99 reps at 30# plus 25 burpees, 25 push ups, 25 air squats and 25 sit ups. Everyone have a good night!
