90lbs - 60 burrrrpees + 17 OHS = 77 reps.
At 30 burpees otb I thought ..'excellent I'm halfway' but the next ten took almost as long as the first 30;0{

Brooke - Sorry to hear you took a lower back zinger yesterday. I did exactly the same thing last Friday for the 2nd time. I've found that two days full rest plus 2 plain cake Dunkin Donuts (with a glass of full fat milk) once a day are the fix.

Great job Kista! Those burpees were a killer! We all pretty much started with the pvc- if you aim at nothin' you'll hit it every time...you're making great progress. You'll be throwing big weight in no time.

Anyone doing Mercedes, either as Full, Half or possibly interested in a relay?
Can I run just 1 mile of the relay? If so I may be in.
BTW CJs...anyone who really knows their donuts knows that krispy kremes are nothing more than a sugared down treat for small children.

This wod is not really that bad Cynthia. The worst part may be the burpees. In my case my nemesis is anything overhead particlarly overhead squats. Because of that I had little hope of making it thru 30 reps with 90 lbs. You shouldn't have any difficulty.
BTW-did you notice the pic for this wod? See who is standing and watching on the men's team and who is rowing? Dr Robert rowed 1500 of our 2000 meters. He went right to the top of my hero list.

Cynthia - Did MOD WOD because of my arm - it is better, but still not great. OHS at 45# and burpees, no muscle ups or progressions. 85 burpees and 30 OHS.
