ran this after i wrote it on the board last night. i thought why not, looks like a short one. i forgot how hard c2b pullups are after situps, plus the weight vest a.m. c2b pullups coupled with the heavy front squats probably didn't help matters much. i'll run this tomorrow wolf-pack scale so i can work on my muscle ups. :)

Hey! I had to do this one at home today. No pull-ups, but I did Burpees (because I hate then the most) for all but the last set, did pushups for that one.
