Anna and Bill rocked this morning. I enjoyed the WOD but think I wussed on my weight. 95# at 13:11. Good luck on the test today coach.

I really struggled with the hang cleans this morning. It was all I could do to clean 55#.

Cynthia- 105#, 16:43. Pretty excited that I learned how to power clean tonight and finally stopped splitting. However, my thighs have awful bruises on them from sitting the weight on them. Ouch! I also got a chest to bar pull up- yay!
