Double Under Ladder

With a continuously running clock do ten double unders (DU) the first minute, 11 DUs the second minute, 12 DU's the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

Congrats Bill and Sandy on your new grand baby.

Cynthia- DUS, 28 min + 8. That is 734 DUs. That is crazy! Sure wish I could have done those at Godspeed. Oh well:)
Jonathan- 8 rounds of DUs then lateral hops up to and including minute 20.
